Returns Policy

Whenever possible Crown will accept for return: current production, standard stock goods in new, saleable condition. For items with defects, refer to the Crown warranty policy. Call Crown Customer Service (800-628-5463) for a Return Goods Authorization number.


Goods can be returned to Crown under the following conditions:

1.     A Return Goods Authorization number has been obtained and is clearly marked on the outside of each package being returned.

2.     Products are current production, standard stock sized items.

3.     Goods are in new condition and in original packaging.

4.     Within 30 days of original ship date.

5.     A 30% restocking fee will be assessed on all goods returned.

6.     Customer is responsible for freight charges and shipment arrangements back to Crown.


Crown will not accept goods back under the following conditions:


1.     Used, dirty, cut, marked, damaged, or altered in any way. 

2.     Goods with adhesive, tape, velcro, or other material applied to the back.

3.     Seconds, discontinued, or obsolete items.              

4.     Products that are custom sized, produced to customer specifications.

5.     For visible freight damage customer should note damage on delivery receipt and refuse the product. Contact Crown Customer Service immediately so a freight claim can be filed and a replacement order processed.

6.    For concealed damage customer must notify Crown Mats within 7 business days. Keep damaged materials in its original condition for inspection purposes. Contact Crown Mats for a Return Goods Authorization number.

7.     Unauthorized returns will be refused at the dock and returned at the customer’s expense.

8.     Collect shipments will be refused at the dock and returned at the customers expense.

0.     Materials returned after 30 days of original date of shipment.

10.     Order cancellations are only accepted in writing prior to shipment. Custom products must be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations will not be accepted after this time.


All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt. If return is found to be defective upon inspection, a credit will be made to your account. If goods are not acceptable for one or more of the reasons outlined above, you will be notified and goods will be returned freight collect.
